Warehouse Supervisor – Heinenoord

Your duties

• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to enhance communication and teamwork.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to streamline processes.

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet operational needs.
• Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies.

• Address and resolve any shipment issues promptly and effectively.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations to create a secure work environment.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions for warehouse staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, demonstrating a successful track record.
• Strong situational leadership and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.

Our client's warehouse was designed and built in 2020 and offers numerous storage options. With more than 7,000 m2 of storage and another 400 m2 of warehouse, they have made room for more than 12,000 pallet spaces. They offer both Retail and direct-to-consumer fulfillment services.
