As a Warehouse Team Leader, you play a crucial role in efficiently managing and coordinating daily activities in our warehouse. You are responsible for leading and motivating a team of warehouse employees to achieve the company's goals.

• Ensure safe and responsible use of machinery/MHE.
• Take action in case of irregularities and/or escalations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the warehouse manager.
• Maintain new and existing (customer-specific) work instructions.
• Follow up on inbound and outbound workflows.
• Ensure optimal execution of warehouse processes/operational activities.
• Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance.

Functie eisen

• Demonstrable experience in a similar supervisory role in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Thorough knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics software is a plus.
