Our client is a company specializing in luxury excise goods located in Roosendaal. They provide their services to a wide range of domestic and international customers. In connection with the development, they are looking for a thorough, independent, and enthusiastic employee of the Front Office Employee

Functie omschrijving

In the Front office team, you will work with customers from "all over the world". That is why it is important that you have a good command of English. Any other language is an absolute plus. Together with the team, you ensure that the logistics of our customers are taken care of on a daily basis against the best mix of conditions, options, and prices. Together with the Back Office and Freight Management departments, you ensure the quotation, file creation, and a smooth process for the customer. You are the first point of contact for our customers, in good and bad times you always know how to make something of it together with the customer.

– You have at least an MBO work and thinking level or preferably experience in a similar position.

– You are a real team player.

– You get energy from customer-oriented thinking and working.

– You are enthusiastic and show the initiative to do a little better every day.

– You are available full-time.
