For our client – an e-commerce company that provides logistics for over 450 online stores, a company that is highly technology-oriented and is currently one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies in the Netherlands – we are looking for customer service employee.

  • Supporting clients on the phone and via email across a broad range of topics;
  • General administrative work;
  • Control, invoicing, administrative work for own customers;


  • Excellent Dutch and English skills (spoken / written)
  • Strong communication and social skills;
  • Preferably experienced in a customer service, sales or similar role or experience working in a warehouse environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);

What we offer?


We offer a full time, long term position with salary from 2200€ per month.
