Account manager

A varied office position in a B2B working environment.

The company:
Our client is an e-commerce company that provides logistics for more than 1,500 web stores. They operate from multiple independent e-commerce warehouses and take care of the processing and delivery of orders from their customers worldwide. 


Overview:
  • Daily contact with our customers, by telephone and email; 
  • Help the webshops with all their questions about stock and orders; 
  • Advising to grow your customer's webshop; 
  • Proactive thinking along to continue to innovate processes; 
  • Various administrative tasks in the CS department; 
  • Collaborate with your team, your logistics colleagues, and the location manager; 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position; 
  • HBO work and thinking level; 
  • Logistics and commercial insight; 
  • Communication and social skills for optimal cooperation; 
  • Sense of humour, a great sense of responsibility, and you can set priorities well; 
  • Experience with the Office package, especially Outlook and Excel.
